BlackInk (“BlackInk”, “we”, “us”) is a mobile app that helps resellers track inventory, costs, sales, and profit. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using BlackInk you agree to this policy.

Payments

If you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered into and handled by Stripe — BlackInk never sees or stores your full card number. We store only your subscription status.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers that operate the app on our behalf:

4. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your business data is restricted to your authenticated account through database row-level security.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — in the app via More → Delete account, or by following https://legal.blackinkapp.com/delete-account. We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g. tax/accounting or payment records held by Stripe), and anonymized analytics that cannot identify you.

6. Children

BlackInk is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
