Delete your BlackInk account

Delete from inside the app (instant)

Open BlackInk and sign in.
Go to More → Delete account (at the bottom of the screen).
Confirm Delete.

Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out.

Prefer we do it for you?

Email support@blackinkapp.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We complete the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account and login (name, email).
All your business data — inventory/devices, costs, sales, profit records, and business profile.

What may be retained

We may keep limited records required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, subscription/payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe), for the period required by law. Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you may also be retained.
